for fanatics fest, as a producer with LOCALS, i led the creative production of the MLB booth — from fabrication and build to the full creative that defined the space. i worked hands-on with vendors and fabrication teams to make sure every scenic element was executed at scale and to spec, while also managing the design process and approvals across multiple stakeholders.

beyond the physical build, i shaped the creative narrative of the booth itself. i wrote all copy, ensuring the language matched the energy of the visuals and carried the MLB story throughout the installation. every detail — from material choices to layout flow to how fans engaged with the booth — was considered as part of a larger immersive experience.

the end result was more than just a booth. it was a branded environment that merged culture, design, and sport into a cohesive story, giving fans a space that felt both elevated and inviting, and delivering a standout MLB presence at fanatics fest.
