CONfig ‘25 // FIGMA

Role: Creative Producer/2D
Year: 2025
Agency: VTPro Design

As a Creative Producer with VTPro on Figma’s Config, I was brought on to lead production of all 2D environmental graphics across the entire event footprint — everything from large-format vinyl, shrouds, and fabric installations to smaller postcards and wayfinding systems.

My role sat at the intersection of creative, technical, and fabrication workflows. I partnered closely with Figma’s design team to interpret evolving concepts and work with creative designers to translate them into precise production files, while building the systems that guided our designers and print vendors toward a unified visual world. This included managing scale and proportion across dozens of formats, establishing naming conventions and print specs, routing assets for approvals, and ensuring every graphic met the technical requirements of a complex, large-scale build.

On the production side, I worked with the production team to develop templates and align on materials—from adhesive vinyl and SEG fabrics to substrates used in dimensional signage. I oversaw timelines, delivery schedules, and version control across hundreds of assets, troubleshooting in real time as designs evolved and installation conditions shifted.

Throughout the process, I served as the connective tissue between design intent and physical execution: making sure the visual identity translated seamlessly into the built environment and that every touchpoint—whether a massive stage shroud or a subtle directional graphic—felt cohesive, intentional, and true to the Config experience.

The result was a highly coordinated visual system that helped define the spatial storytelling of the conference and brought Figma’s brand to life at scale.
