Channel 10 was produced as an intentional counterpoint to the World Cup draw’s institutional pageantry. As Executive Producer, I led the vision, structure, and execution of a live, community-centered watch party and broadcast that centered access, authenticity, and collective experience. My role spanned creative direction, production strategy, partner alignment, budgeting, technical planning, and live event operations—coordinating vendors across programming, broadcast, venue, and community partners to deliver a seamless, high-energy event with limited resources and a tight timeline.

Programming included a live draw viewing, pre-selected 3-a-side tournament with 8 teams, and on-site jersey customization, blending competitive play, cultural expression, and collective viewing into a single, cohesive experience.
