With Respective Collective, i led the sponsorship content team across two of the biggest music festivals in the U.S. — Lollapalooza and Governors Ball. i managed the creative workflow for major brand partners, from concepting to execution, making sure every piece of content felt alive in the festival moment while hitting sponsor goals.
we were moving fast — shooting, editing, and publishing in real time — but every deliverable was rooted in storytelling and design, not just brand placement. i oversaw the production, managed the team’s creative direction, managed client approvals, and ensured each sponsor’s identity integrated seamlessly into the culture of the festival. the result: a body of work that elevated sponsors beyond logos on a stage, positioning them as part of the festival experience itself
